What is included in each meal?

Our award-winning meals consist of a serving of meat, vegetable, double-boiled soup* and rice.

Each meal also comes with a complimentary serving of Longan & Red Dates tea. Plus, look forward to dessert, served twice a week during dinner to sweeten your day! 

*We take pride in double boiling all our soups for hours to lock in the nutrients and flavours of the ingredients.

Meals are contained in thermal carriers and delivered to you twice a day (lunch and dinner separately).

This ensures that the food is warm when it reaches your doorstep, ready for immediate consumption!

Menu Cycles

Our 28-Day Lunch and Dinner Menu consists of two cycles.

Our meals are served on a rotational basis. For instance, your first meal could be Menu 6, as such your subsequent meals will be Menu 7, 8, 9, 10, before looping back to Menu 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to complete the First Cycle. The same applies for the Second Cycle. For more details on the menu, click here.
