How to prepare:
- Ensure to wash hands before handling.
- Record date, time and volume on the bag after pouring freshly expressed milk into the bag.
- Ensure milk does not exceed 7oz./200ml.
- Squeeze excess air out of the bag before sealing.
- Remember to refrigerate or freeze milk in an upright position per storage guidelines. Never thaw frozen milk in the microwave or boiling water. Never unseal bag until milk is ready for use.
- Do not mix freshly expressed milk with previously expressed milk.
- Discard unused thawed milk, never refreeze.
- Never reuse storage bags.
