Must I go for Antenatal Class?
We highly recommend first time parents-to-be to do so to prepare you and your partner for the arrival of your baby.

What is the difference between CBE & Infant Care Training for parents-to-be?
CBE is a comprehensive course while Infant Care Training is a 2-hr workshop, a subset of CBE, serves as refresher for parents of subsequent pregnancy, and only focus on breastfeeding and baby care. Zoom class and E-Learning portal, learning kit, and special gift are not included.

What is the duration of the course?
The Theory Class via Zoom session is conducted live by our lactation consultant monthly (4 hours). The topics covered are the same. You may attend multiple times until one month after your EDD, plus, one session of Practical Class (3 hours) to be conducted in-person.

How soon should I register for the course?
You may register for our course upon confirmation of your pregnancy so that you can start exploring our E-Learning Portal which is free for your use until one month after your EDD, and start attending our monthly Theory Class via Zoom. For Practical Class choose the date that is after 20th week of your pregnancy.

What should I prepare for the class?
For Practical Class please wear comfortable clothing for light floor exercise.

How much is the course fee?
Fee per couple: incl. GST
Weekdays: $408 / couple
Weekends: $438 / couple

Can my partner come along?
Yes, the course is for both of you. In fact, we strongly emphasise the importance of the father's role in our classes.

Can my mother/mother-in-law come along with my partner too?
No. We invite her to register for our Infant Care Training for Caregivers, a 3-hr workshop that teaches baby bath and baby care including alternative feeding methods.

Can my pregnant friend or sister accompany me?
No. The course is for couple to attend.

What is the class size?
Average 4-8 couples for Practical Class to ensure our Trainer has ample time to coach you personally.

Can I pay only on the first day of the class at the venue itself?
No. You have to secure your booking before you turn up for the class.

Are all the other trainers good?
Yes, they have from 10 to 40 years of experience in maternity practice. All trainers use a standardised syllabus for all our classes.

Will I be refunded if I give birth earlier and missed the Practical Class?
Yes. We need a doctor's letter before we can proceed for refund. A fee will be charged for administrative purpose.
