What To Redeem?
Thomson ParentCraft FlexiVoucher can be used to redeem ONE of the following workshops/services within one year from date of purchase.
- Infant Care Training for Parents (2 hrs. 1 voucher per couple)
- Infant Care Training for Caregivers / Grandparents (3 hrs. 1 voucher per pax)
- Infant Massage (2 hrs. 1 voucher per couple)
- Infant First Aid & Home Safety (2 hrs. 1 voucher per couple)
- Weaning to Semi-Solid Food (2 hrs. 1 voucher per couple)
- Lactation Home Visit (75 mins. 1 voucher per trip)

Lactation Home Visit
At Thomson, our commitment to your well-being doesn't end when you leave the hospital. We understand the importance of ongoing support for new mothers, which is why we've designed our Homecare Service to provide essential care right in the comfort of your home.
All Homecare Service consultations are conducted by experienced lactation consultants. This service is tailored for mothers who have recently given birth and returned home, ensuring you receive personalized guidance during this crucial time.
Our Homecare Service includes:
- Breastfeeding Supervision
- Guidance on Addressing Common Breastfeeding Issues
- Baby Bathing Techniques
- Management of Infant Skincare
- Newborn Handling
- Advice on When to Seek Medical Assistance
