What To Redeem?
Thomson ParentCraft FlexiVoucher can be used to redeem one of the following workshops/services within one year from date of purchase.
- Infant Care Training for Parents (2 hrs. per couple)
- Infant Care Training for Caregivers / Grandparents (3 hrs. per pax)
- Infant Massage (2 hrs. per couple)
- Infant First Aid & Home Safety (2 hrs. per couple)
- Weaning to Semi-Solid Food (2 hrs. per couple)
- Lactation Home Visit (75 mins. per trip)
Lactation Home Visit
At Thomson, our commitment to your well-being doesn't end when you leave the hospital. We understand the importance of ongoing support for new mothers, which is why we've designed our Homecare Service to provide essential care right in the comfort of your home.
All Homecare Service consultations are conducted by experienced lactation consultants. This service is tailored for mothers who have recently given birth and returned home, ensuring you receive personalized guidance during this crucial time.
Our Homecare Service includes:
- Breastfeeding Supervision
- Guidance on Addressing Common Breastfeeding Issues
- Baby Bathing Techniques
- Management of Infant Skincare
- Newborn Handling
- Advice on When to Seek Medical Assistance

Each ParentCraft FlexiVoucher is valid for one (1) of the following:

- All workshops and Home Visit are to be conducted during operating hours only.
- ParentCraft FlexiVoucher is valid for ONE (1) YEAR from date of purchase. No extension will be entertained.
- ParentCraft FlexiVoucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash.
- ParentCraft FlexiVoucher is transferrable to another individual.
- Multiple ParentCraft FlexiVoucher can be used at the same time.
- ParentCraft FlexiVoucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, packages, or member privileges.
