How to Register?

1. Choose the Practical Class date that is after your 20th week of pregnancy.
2. Enter your EDD and Hospital in Your Info tab before Add to Cart.
3. FBI/SBI Members receive 10% discount.

Practical Class

• Class will only begin with minimum 3 couples. Should there be fewer than 3 couples we shall request to reschedule the class. Otherwise the class is confirmed.
• Please wear comfortably for light floor exercise.
• Please arrive 15 minutes earlier as the class will start on time.
• You will collect the gift and learning kit worth $80 in the Practical Class.
• Should you need to reschedule please email [email protected]
• There will be an administrative charge of $100 for any cancellation and refund before the class begin.

E-Learning Portal & Zoom Class

• You will receive the login details of our E-Learning portal as soon as we verified your registration. Please check the junk mailbox for email from [email protected] if it wasn't in the Inbox.
• Zoom class is usually held on the first Saturday of the month. You may attend multiple sessions until one month after your EDD. The topics are the same for each session.
• Please always refer to the E-Learning portal for the actual Zoom Class date and link as unforeseen circumstances may happen that we need to reschedule.
• The Zoom link will only be updated closer to the date.
• Only one device is allowed in the Zoom class.
