Why do women in confinement need to bathe with herbal confinement bath?

A woman loses large amounts of "Qi" and blood during childbirth. This places her body in a "cold" phase. This "cold" phase leads to accumulation of "wind" and weakens her body; using herbal confinement bath continuously for 30-40 days would address this. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, it is important to restore the "Qi" and expel the excess "wind" during confinement to prevent the occurrence of "wind-dampness syndrome" (风湿 feng shi) in later age. Recommended Daily Dosage:
Use once a day, 1 packet per usage.
